Dr. Jackson discuses the power of friendship is the positive impact that friendships can have on our lives.
The quality of a friendship is more important than the quantity. It's possible to have a few close friends and loved ones who you can count on, and still have all you need. It's also valuable to have friends who are different from you, as they can offer different perspectives and experiences

Who am I: A curious artist and Ph.D. trained Biobehavioral Health scientist (background in health research, healthcare evaluation, and holistic health).

What can I do: I've been described as a walking think tank and a person who puts things together/make things work that normally don't. I translate complex information using resources from different fields; bring joy and calm in changing-chaotic situations; and create new solutions.
